I’m happy to offer my time to you in the form of a free Case Review Call. There are no strings attached; no coupons, no Groupons, and no time shares waiting for you; you won’t be pitched with “If you sign up now!” This is a simple phone conversation to hear your story and see if it sounds like your neck is one of the main villains causing all the ruckus. If it sounds like it is, then we’ll talk logistics about how we can identify the best way to get to the point where you’re the hero of the story and ride off into the sunset.

Here’s your Table of Contents for how to proceed with a Case Review Call:

1. Select one of the following two options (Less Than 60 Miles or Greater Than 60 miles) located in the left-middle of the page.

2. Select a time that is most convenient for a 20 minute phone conversation. All Case Reviews are done via phone call, not in-office.

3. Create a profile and FULLY complete the Pre-Consultation Questionnaire, which takes about ~20 minutes. If this is not completed in advance of your call, your review will be postponed.

4. Lastly, visit our F.A.Q. Page, where 17 of the most commonly asked questions are answered (costs, insurance, methods, etc.). The link to the page is provided after completion of the Pre-Consultation Questionnaire.
